1940 censored cover to England with a 30c and 1/- paying the air mail rate cancelled by ‘dumb’ 18 JU 40 cancellers. A violet triple ring MILITARY CENSOR ‘5’ cachet is on both the front and back of the cover, these have been initialed by the censor. It is believed that this ‘5’ censor was being used at Mombasa. Uncommon.
