1908 registered envelope to France bearing two pairs of Leeward Island ½d's and a 2½d, cancelled ROAD TOWN, TORTOLA, V. I. SP 24 1909. A Road Town registration handstamp is on the front of the cover as is a St.Thomas registration handstamp applied when transiting through there. On the back is a Registered Letter receipt label with the postmasters signature and Road Town datestamp. A very fine and extremely uncommon cover.

1911 registered envelope to England bearing a pair of Leeward Island ½d's and a 2d, cancelled ROAD TOWN, TORTOLA. V. I. AP 27 1911. A Road Town registration handstamp is on the front of the cover, but when transiting through St. Thomas, this was crossed out and a St. Thomas registration handstamp applied. A Le Havre transit cancel is on the front of the cover, on the back are St. Thomas 3.5.11 and Leeds 18 MY 11 datestamps.

1920 Leeward Islands 3d registered envelope to INDIA with a Virgin Islands 1½d added, cancelled ROAD TOWN TORTOLA SP 6 20. On the reverse are St Thomas SEP 7, NEW YORK SEP 12 transit and Calcutta 7 OCT 20 arrival datestamps. An uncommon destination from the Virgin Islands!
1926 1d postal stationery envelope (H&G 3) with an additional ½d and 1d to pay the 2½d rate to Germany, cancelled Tortola JY 9 26. With only 100 of these envelopes issued, they are extremely rare used.
1922 registered envelope to Pittsburgh, U.S.A. franked with a pair of ½d's, 2 x 1d's and a 2d, each tied by a light cancel of the scarce WEST END FE 2 22 c.d.s. On the reverse are Saint Thomas FEB 9 and Pittsburgh FEB 18 1922 datestamps. Fine and scarce.
1917 registered O. H. M. S. envelope to England with a ROAD TOWN, TORTOLA V. I. MAR 14 1917 cancellation. A Road Town registration handstamp has been applied as well as a St. Thomas registration h/s. On the reverse are St Thomas 15.3.1917. and London 13 AP 17 transit and arrival cancels. Fine and unusual.
1942 envelope to Road Town, Tortola, bearing a lower left corner block of 4 x½d, tied by WEST END, TORTOLA, AU 18 42 datestamps. A scarce cancellation. Fine.
