1898 printe official registered envelope, headed 'ON H.H.THE GAEKWAR'S SERVICE ONLY' from Accountant Baroda State Mill, Baroda, to Bombay, franked with Indian Official 1A and 2A, tied by Baroda Ry Stn. Gujarat 20 OC 98, with a registration cachet alongside. Baroda, as a Feudatory State without its' own postal system, received a small allotment of Indian Official stamps for use on its' own Official State Mail. A rare cover.
