JAPANESE OCCUPATION. 1944 2c post card to Sitiawan, with Japanese overprint, cancelled by a Japanese BRUAS 2605 6. 4. canceller. A boxed censor strike is at the left of the card. Two closed spike holes otherwise fine.
JAPANESE OCCUPATION. 1943 censored Straits Settlements size G registered envelope with a red Japanese overprint, from KUALA LUMPUR to Penang, cancelled 30 August. Two Japanese 4c stamps (SG J300) have been affixed to the reverse and cancelled. The envelope has been officially opened and resealed with tape by the Japanese censor. Fine, a scarce registered cover.
