1959 envelope to Tanganyika franked with a Rhodesia & Nyasaland 3d cancelled DEEP BAY 12 AU 59
1936 airmail envelope to England bearing a 1d and 6d, cancelled LUCHENZA 21 AU 36. (Proud type D3) Luchenza is a small town 40 miles south west of Blantyre.

1963 unfranked envelope from BALAKA, NYASALAND 25 SEP 63 to Salisbury with a violet circular '25' TO PAY '6' tax mark. On arrival a vertical pair of 3d postage dues were affixed and tied by a Salisbury 30 OCT 63 datestamp. Balaka was a village 130kms north of Blantyre and 200kms south of Lilongwe. This cover took over 5 weeks to get to Salisbury, so allowing for the fact that it had been unpaid, it must still have been held up in transit for some considerable time. The To Pay tax mark was applied on arrival in Salisbury.
1935 air mail envelope to England franked with a 9d cancelled LUJIRE 17 JUN 35. On the back are Mlanje 17.6. and Luchenza 18 JUN 35 transit cancels.
1932 printed N., C. A. & T. Z. RAILWAYS envelope to London with a pair of 1d's cancelled by the scarce SANDAMA 10 APR 32. datestamp. Sandama was a village in south central Nyasaland. A very scarce cover from the Nyasaland, Central Africa and Trans-Zambesia railways.
1917 Nyasaland Field Force 'On Active Service' unfranked envelope to England with a FIELD POST OFFICE '9' cancellation dated 9 JUL 17. The cover has the signature of Wm. C Wigan, Capt, at the lower left corner, correctly authorizing the use of free postage. Field Post Office 9 was at ZOMBA at that date.
1936 airmail cover to England bearing a 3d and 4d cancelled LIMBE 10 NOV 36. A Blantyre transit cancel of the same date is on the back of the cover.
1953 4d registered envelope, size G, to Scotland with a ½d and pair 1d's added cancelled MZUZU 29 MY 53. A Limbe 2 JU 53 transit cancel is on the front of the cover. Mzuzu (formerly called Kaningina) is in the north of the country. This cancellation was only in use between April 1950 and July 1955.
