ISLE OF MAN. 1841 folded letter to New York, U.S.A. Endorsed 'Paid' in black and with a red manuscript 'Paid 1/-' on the front. A boxed PEELTOWN ISLE OF MAN handstamp is on the back of the letter as well as an ISLE-OF-MAN AU 21 1841 datestamp. The letter was carried on the Cunard S. S. Caledonia. A very scarce letter to the USA with the Peeltown handstamp.
