1842 entire letter to Devon, England, with two strikes of the red JAMAICA PAID SP 22 1842 and a fine LACOVIA SP 20 1842 circular datestamp. Foster records this as 'unique', which is debatable considering it was in use for 10 years! Still extremely scarce though.
