1900 envelope to England, bearing a pair of 1d's and a ½d cancelled LAUNCESTON FE 19 1900. On the back is a FOUND OPEN. / OFFICIALLY SEALED label with the signature of the postmaster in the centre. Launceston FE 19 and Sheffield MR 26 00 datestamps are on the back. A very rare label of which only about three have been recorded.
