1901 envelope to London bearing a Transvaal 1d cancelled KRUGERSDORP 5 AU 01. At the lower left is a good strike of the uncommon BURGHER CAMP KRUGERSDORP 5 AUG 1901 with a signature and ‘Supt.’ below. Also on the front of the cover is a violet oval P.B.C. Krugersdorp censor strike and a ‘Passed Censor Johannesburg’ handstamp. A London AU 30 01 arrival c.d.s. is on the reverse.
