1904 envelope to London bearing a 4c cancelled SIBU 8 NOV 1904. A violet Kuching 28 NOV 1904 transit cancel is on the front of the cover. Mail from Sibu to Kuching went by steamer and judging by the 20 days it took to get between the two towns, serious delays must have been encountered, possibly by adverse weather.
