1912 picture post card to Germany franked with a 1d tied by a good strike of the scarce TRAVELLING POST OFFICE ‘B’ NO 27 12 datestamp. A further strike of this cancellation is below the stamp. This T.P.O. canceller was used on one of the river Travelling Post Offices. Fine and very uncommon.
