1917 censored 'On Active Service' cover to Umtali, Rhodesia, with a poor strike of F.P.O. '3' 20 JUN 17. The '3' is clear. An Umtali 28 JUL 17 arrival cancel is on the back. Between November 1916 and early 1918 F.P.O. 3 was at Tandala. The cover has been censored at the lower left.
