1940 censored picture post card (Bridge at Norwood) to Douglas Isle of Man, franked with a 2d cancelled 23 DEC 40. A blue 'From H. M. Ship, Passed by Censor' cachet has been overstruck by a blue 'PASSED BY CENSOR 11' cachet. (CM21) Blue is a colour not recorded by Miller for this number. A corner crease to the card at the lower right but a scarce item.
