1940 censored air mail envelope to England franked with a 5c and 50c, paying the 55c air mail rate that came into effect on 3 September 1939, cancelled LIMBANG 9 APL 1940. The cover was censored in Singapore and a PASSED FOR TRANSMISSION '49' SINGAPORE cachet struck on the front. On the back is a Labuan 11 AP 40 transit c.d.s.
