1941 censored envelope to Arizona, USA, bearing a 3d overprinted 'O S' tied by an indistinct canceller. The envelope has been opened and resealed by the censor and a 'Passed by Censor T.N.G. No. 1' handstamp struck to both the front and back. Slight faults at the top of the cover when opened. Uncommon use of the O S stamp.
