1951 commercial Air Mail Letter Card to Bilua bearing a 1d cancelled GIZO 8 MR 51. A MUNDA TAX 1d handstamp is on the face of the letter and a 1d Postage Due cancelled GIZO 8 MR 51. Also on the face of the letter is a fine strike of the oval 'M. V. MALAKUNA' Bourgainville-Buka handstamp, with Bilua inserted in manuscript. The letter asks for an update on repairs to a motor! Bilua is an island in the north west of the Solomon Islands group. Fine.
