1931 cover sent registered to Chicago, USA, with two 3d blue the right stamp having the ‘zig-zag flaw in the water’ variety, both stamps cancelled REGISTERED ASCENSION 24 FE 31. Southampton MR 9 transit and Chicago MAR 18 & 19 31 arrival cancels are on the back. The left stamp has perf faults at the upper right otherwise a fine cover with this uncommon variety. 2006 R.P.S. cert.
