1967 Red Cross cover to England with a 4c and 1c tied by a BRISBANE 21 NOV 1967 cancel. A green boxed ‘DAMAGED BY / SEA WATER’ cachet is on the front of the cover. As the 5c rate is a sea mail rate, it is possible that the mail bag fell into the harbour when being loaded on the ship, either in Brisbane or London.
