This 3/9d rate pays six times the 7½d letter rate to Germany. A London 13 MAY 90 transit cancel is on the front of the cover, on the back are Cape Town 22 AP transit and Dusseldorf 13.5.90 arrival datestamps. A vertical crease barely detracts from this remarkable size K registered envelope. A showpiece item.
