1920 insured size ‘F’ registered DUTY4d envelope to Cape Town with a ½d, 1d, 4d and 1/- added. The 1d would have paid the postage and the ½d probably paid War Tax. The 4d and 1/- would have been the insurance on the contents, most probably money. The stamps have been cancelled GABERONES STATION 19 JUL 20. A remarkable commercial cover with this franking, particularly the use of a 1/- on a
size 'F‘ envelope.
