1902 inter camp cover to Diyatalawa, Ceylon, with an India 1A cancelled UMBALLA 18 JU 02. A very fine strike of the Umballa censor cachet in blue is on the front of the cover. The cover was opened and resealed with Censor tape Type 25 in Ceylon. A Colombo JU 24 02 transit cancel is on the back. This cover is the latest recorded with this Umballa Type 1 censor cachet. A fine inter camp cover.
