1900 Orange Free State ½d postal card, overprinted V.R.I. ½d with an additional ½d added to RAROTONGA , COOK ISLANDS. The stamps have been cancelled BLOEMFONTEIN NO 30 00. An Auckland 2 JA 01 transit and Rarotonga arrival cancels are on the front of the card, on the back is a Wellington DE 29 00 transit c.d.s. An extremely rare destination for a Boer War card.
