1914 post card to Burma with an India 3p overprinted I.E.F. tied by a BASE OFFICE ‘B’ 12 DE 14 cancel. Addressed to the Shwebo Transport Co., Shwebo Cant, Burma, the card was forwarded to Bangalore with various transit and arrival cancels. Base Office ‘B’ was at Kilindini, near Mombasa. A very unusual destination for mail early in the War from East Africa.
