1873 cover to Edinburgh with a 24c tied by two strikes of the scarce B G / W 3 C / JU 7 1873 datestamps that was in use at VERGENOEGEN, situated on the west coast near Georgetown. On the back are Georgetown 7 JU and Edinburgh JU 28 73 transit and arrival cancels. Faults to the stamp as it has been cut from the sheet, but a very scarce cancel (Proud D2 – 2500 points).
