1893 ¼a postal card to Ireland with a 9p added cancelled by a single circle and squared circle MANDALAY NO 24 93 cancels. It would appear as though the card had been posted and then cancelled before the sender was advised that there was insufficient postage and the 9p was then added and cancelled, this time with a different canceller. Most unusual.
