1916 censored cover sent registered from Penang to Rangoon with a PENANG 25 MY 1916 datestamp on the front. On the back is a strip of four 3c and a pair of 2c with similar Penang cancels. The cover was opened by the censor and resealed with OPENED BY CENSOR RANGOON tape printed in blue. This has been tied by a Rangoon 29 MAY 16 datestamp. Cover faults but very scarce censor tape.
