1881 cover to Bombay, then redirected to England, with a 1a tied by a fine RANGOON NOV 20 ‘R-1’ barred duplex. On arrival in London it was again redirected and a manuscript ‘4’ postage due charge applied and a pencil 4d to pay. Belgaum DEC 8, Bombay DEC 10, London JA 2 82 and Wimbledon JA 3 82 transit and arrival datestamps are on the back. An interesting cover.
