c1850 outer wrapper to Cape Town with a very fine strike of the octagonal numeral ‘21’ of MALMESBURY. A red 2/- charge mark is on the front of the wrapper. This ‘21’ numeral cancel is known used between 1849 and 1852 in Malmesbury. Fine and rare.
