1865 entire to Graaf Reinett with a 4d blue (SG 6a) good to very large margins, tied by a triangular barred obliterator. An ALEXANDRIA DE 30 1865 dispatch cancel is on the front of the entire along with a Graaf Reinett JA 4 1866 arrival c.d.s. On the back is a Grahams Town JA 1 66 transit cancel. A very late use of this stamp that was issued in 1855. By December 1865 the rectangular stamps were being used extensively, and any Cape triangular stamp was uncommon by then. A fine and appealing entire. B.P.A. certificate.
