1861 mourning cover sent internally to Nuwara Ellia with a 2d tied by a light barred canceller with a KANDY FE 26 61 dispatch cancel on the back. A red arrival c.d.s. is on the front of the cover. A very appealing mourning cover in very fine condition. This is believed to be the only recorded single franking of the 2d value on cover. Ex Hackmay. 2007 Certificate.
