1898 cover to Paris with a China 10c tied by a fine NINGPO 12 NOV 98 dollar chop cancel with a Hong Kong 10c cancelled SHANGHAI NO 14 98. On the back is a Chinese Dollar chop Shanghai 16 NOV cancel, a Hong Kong NO 18 c.d.s. and a Paris 16 DEC 98 arrival datestamp. A very fine and rare cover with an exceptionally fine strike of this Ningpo cancel.
