1903 cover sent registered to a Captain in the Indian Army, Baluchistan, India, with a 1d and ONE HALF PENNY opt on 1d cancelled COOK ISLANDS 19 SP 03. A blue Cook Islands / Rarotonga Registration h/s is at the lower left with the number ‘70’ in manuscript. On the back are Auckland 5 OC, Tuticorin 20 OC Bombay 2 NO and Loralai 6 NO 03 transit and arrival cancels. Some outer damage to the cover but a very rare destination.
