1951 cover to England, with the original letter headed ‘Base F’ and ‘Argentine Islands Graham Land’ written 20th July 1951 but the 6d and 1/- stamps only cancelled 31 DE 51. The cancel is FALKLAND ISLANDS DEPENDENCIES GRAHAM LAND 31 DE 51. On the back is a note from the Base Leader, John Green, stating the cover was sent at the opening of the 1951 – 1952 season.
