1971 cover endorsed ‘Urgent’ and ‘Dentures, Handle with Care’ (!!) to the Camp Dentist at Darwin School with a 1p on 1½d cancelled PORT STANLEY 12 MAR 71. Robert Watson was the Camp Dentist for the Islands, his practice covering all the Falkland Islands. His mail would often be thrown out of the plane over the settlement he was at. Where there was a runway and the mail was fragile, the plane would land and drop off his mail. A most unusual item !!
