Incoming 1924 U.P.U. ‘Congres Postal Universel Stockholm’ postal tag from Sweden to London with a mail bag tag endorsed Registered that has a Stockholm-Postkongressen registration label attached. The labels are attached by a piece of string that has a lead seal with very clear CONGR. POST. UNIV: STH impressed in the seal. A very fine and possibly unique item.
