1918 picture post card (Victoria City as seen from the sea) endorsed ‘ACTIVE SERVICE’ to London with a red OFFICIAL PAID HONG KONG 19 JU 18 canceller. In the lower left corner is a handstamp with the signature of H. Brewster / Captain R.G.A. / Adjutant Royal Artillery / China Command’ that was needed for the card to be sent free of postage. Fine and uncommon.
