1938 underpaid cover from an officer in the Royal Horse Artillery, Egypt, to Hong Kong with an Egypt Army Post 10m cancelled CAIRO 12 OC 38. On arrival the cover was taxed with a boxed âTâ tax mark and 17c with a blue crayon â17â. To pay this a 10c, 6c and 1c Postage Dues were affixed and cancelled 6 NOV 38. A fine inter regimental cover.
