ORCHHA. 1939 cover sent registered with, on the back, five 1as (a pair and a strip of three) tied by barred ‘O’ in bars and TIKAMGARH 7 NO 39 datestamps. A boxed PALERA registration handstamp is on the front of the cover. Minor creasing which is usually found on these covers does not detract from it being a fine and very uncommon cover.
