1922 cover to Belfast with two 1d’s cancelled by an indistinct town cancel dated 13 JY 22. Written across the cover in pencil is ‘Censored by I R A’. The cover has been resealed with tape that has a part ‘Majesty’s Ser (vice)’ printed on it. Many of the IRA censored covers were in manuscript.
