1916 picture post card (Custom House, Dublin) to Glasgow, with a ½d tied by the barred DUBLIN parcel canceller. This was brought into emergency use after the Post Office was occupied by the rebels on April 24th and all mail thereafter, until the Easter Rebellion was over, was handled at the Dublin Parcel Depot at Amiens Street. A fine example of this cancel used during the Easter Rebellion.
