1889 cover to London with a strip of four 1d’s, correctly paying the 4d UPU rate, cancelled by ‘A43’ barred numeral cancels of St. ANN’S BAY, with a DE 17 89 datestamp on the back, along with a Kingston DE 18 89 transit and London 6 JA 90 arrival cancel. The cover was readdressed in London and a small crowned ‘R’ in circle redirection handstamp applied. This, according to Proud and Wood is the latest recorded use of this ‘A73’ cancel.
