1897 envelope sent registered to Singapore with an 8c with ‘Jubilee’ overprint, two 1c and an 8c, correctly paying the 18c rate (10c postage and 8c registration) tied by LABUAN AU 19 1897 cancels. Two different Registration handstamps are on the front of the cover, on the back is a Singapore AU 25 97 arrival c.d.s. Fine, a nice stamp combination usage.
