1898 taxed 3c reply portion of a letter card to Germany cancelled LABUAN 12 SEP 98. A ‘T’ tax mark is at the upper left corner with a red crayon 2½c charge mark. This would have been applied in Labuan. An Altona 14.10.98 arrival cancel is on the front of the card. Full message on the back. Fine.
