1892 1½d postal card that has a red manuscript line deleting the “HALFPENNY” to reduce the card to a 1d. A 9 barred obliterator and LAGOS DE 16 92 dispatch cancel are on the face of the card as well as a Worms 19/1/93 arrival cancel. Very fine.
