1944 unstamped envelope to Kuala Lumpur that has been taxed and showing the scarce triangular framed ‘T’ tax h/s. Paying the deficit of double the deficiency (the postage should have been 8c) are a 15c and 1c “Kanji” overprinted Postage Dues, ted by double ring Type JD2 cancels dated 10 11 2604. A vertical crease well away from the stamps does not detract from this scarce cover.
