1944 censored cover to Barbados with a 2½d cancelled PLYMOUTH NO 13 44. The cover was opened by the censor and resealed with OPENED BY EXAMINER BB / 561 tape. This tape is unrecorded by Miller. Similar to CL3 but with the censor number printed. A fine and rare inter Caribbean Island censored cover.
