Air Letter card, deep blue on white, unwatermarked paper, with a border line (H&G 3) (Scott and Startup Type 5) This card was on sale for a very short time as it was replaced by the 6d rate in August and the majority were overprinted 6d. Very fine unused, a scarce air letter card.
