1941 underpaid cover to Nkana with a 1d cancelled LUANSHAYA 8 SEP 41. On the back of the cover is a Kitwe 8 IX 41 arrival datestamp. The cover was taxed with a m/s ‘T 1d’ and a 1d postage due affixed and cancelled Kitwe 9 IX 41. Luanshaya is a copper mining town 39 miles from Kitwe.
