1900 cover to Pretoria from a member of the British South Africa Police, Matabeleland, (embossed insignia on the back flap) to an officer in the Transvaal Constabulary, with a 2d cancelled B.S.A.P. CAMP BULAWAYO NO 13 00. Bulawayo 13 NOV and Kimberley 16 NOV 00 backstamps. A little roughly opened at the upper left and back. The B.S.A.P. CAMP opened in 1896/7 and closed in 1905/6. Although there are cover faults, it is still a desirable item with this fine strike of the Camp and as an inter Police cover.
