1921 cover to Switzerland from the Rev G Beguelin, Barotseland Mission, Lukona, with an Admiral 1½d and two Double Head ½d’s, paying the 2½d rate to a non-Commonwealth country, cancelled MONGU LEALUI 16 MAR 1921. A Livingstone 1 APR 21 transit cancel is on the back. The Paris Evangelical Missionary Society opened the Mission Station at Lukona in 1910. Situated 19 miles south west of Mongu Lealu, this was the secon Paris Evangelical Missionary Society Station opened in Barotseland. A fine cover from this Mission Station.
